FOCACCIA
This is Focaccia bread with a twist! It features a harmonious herbal blend of sweet fennel and tarragon and we’ve balanced this with a generous sprinkling of sesame seeds. Chewy with pleasant spice overtones and true to all of our leavened breads, its texture is light and fluffy. When toasted the warmed herbs surround your senses and the taste of sesame seeds is more pronounced.
Warning: our Focaccia’s golden look and flavour are addictive; its warm and pleasing flavours will melt in your mouth. Our Focaccia makes a great dinner accompaniment.

COUNTRY STYLE - Whole Wheat
Country Style contains 60% whole wheat flour, double sesame seeds and cumin. This ancient native herb, from the Eastern Mediterranean through to India, is well known to Persian’s as zeera. Although Persian’s are used to seeing and eating this bread ‘round’, nothing has changed except for its rectangular shape. Saman creates this bread using the same ingredients, traditional methods, thickness and it tastes just as delectable! Country Style is aromatic when toasted and deliciously addictive!
